I ordered a 125g bag of Jamaica Blue Mountain whole beans, medium roast. The ordering process on the website was straightforward enough, I found what I wanted without any trouble. Good coffee, minor delivery issue
I purchased a rare coffee sampler and overall I was happy with the selection and quality of the beans. The coffees themselves were excellent, particularly the Panama Geisha. My only small gripe was that the delivery took a bit longer than I anticipated, about 7 days when I was hoping for 4 or 5. It wasn't a major delay, but something to keep in mind. Packaging was secure, and customer service was responsive when I inquired about the shipping status. Value for the sampler was pretty decent, considering the types of coffee included.
